Have done well recently with this Mill deck. Went 4-0 to win a 18 player tournament and went 3-1 in a 60+ player casual tournament. Overall in testing I think I am somewhere around 18-6.

The key to this deck is to play slow. You won't be trying to action cheat with Rey too much. I prefer to spread my upgrades out so if I lose 1 character I still have a quality amount of die. Emergency Evacuation is huge!! Normally Hero mill suffers from being 1-2 rounds shy of closing. With EE you make up those rounds. Make sure on the rounds you want to use it to slow play so you have no or very little dice in the pool this is where having a couple of Supply Lines work wonders. Rebel can potentially allow you to play EE 3-4 times, or you can just Field Medic 4 times which is always really nice too. Starting hand I am usually looking for a Goggles, C-3PO, Spy Net, and removal cards. I go back and forth between Krayt Dragon Howl or Loth-Cat and Mouse.

Deck Mill: Spy Net Ascension Gun I never take my battlefield because I want the shields plus Ascension. My opponent almost never takes mine either. Patience You don't have to wait for a huge grab for this 2+ cards off the top is great.

Hand Mill: Ascension Gun Has the 2/1 plus the 2 range with C-3PO can also mill. Lone Operative This card is on the bubble for me but has come in handy against Palp and Planetary Uprising. Scout Maz's Goggles Friends in Low Places

Have you thought about adding Diplomatic Immunity? I know it is expensive, but there are no blanks, only 1 1-side, 3 2-sides, 1 3-side and 1 4-side. If you have C-3PO out you can essentially use that has a mill die and it would be pretty devastating.

@JekPorkinsRed6 I did have Diplomatic Immunity slotted over Lone Operative at one point, but I found that I almost never played it because I kept a majority of my resources for Emergency Evacuation. As it stands now I rarely play Lone Operative unless I am facing a ePalp or Uprising decks. I would almost consider dropping it for Force Illusion.
