This one effectively gives you the tools to play the quickest possible game. If you manage to get drawn into a longer game...this list will fail hard. Use your events to quickly activate and ensure you're claiming the Emperor's Throne Room. If the Throne Room isn't in play, go ahead and play New Orders to get it back into play.
