Use the TIE Pilot and Trooper to soak up any damage from Phasma with Guardian. When they die, bring them back with Endless Ranks.
Then give Phasma Wingman and as many weapons as you can, and go in hard.
I generally try to use the opponents battlefield, to get the extra shields at the start.
