So I am not too sure about this decklist, it seems like a sound idea in my head based on what I am seeing on the cards. I am open to any feedback or suggestions, just started playing Destiny recently.

I've got a lot of suggestions below, but I do think this is a solid idea for a deck. One I'd like to try if I ever get an Awakenings Vader.

I would scale back the supports. You've got 4 of them that are there just to get you some resources, and you should be pulling a good number of those using Unkar's action. I would remove Underworld Connections and Outmaneuver. I'm also not sure whether Black Market is a great fit here: the die sides are decent, but it isn't cheap and the special is not great with so few upgrades in the deck. Also note that Lying in Wait can be really powerful, especially if you've got a decent amount of ambush cards so you can play a few before Lying in Wait; but its usefulness is mitigated by drawing more cards into your hand. Another minus for Black Market, and for this reason, I might think about removing Boundless Ambition as well.

Armed to the Teeth - doesn't make any sense. This is otherwise a mill deck, so there's no point in having one or two cards that do damage. You're not going to do nearly enough damage to kill any characters. Vader's die is useful for the non-damage sides, and to be removed for Unkar's action. Similarly, Loose Ends is a great card for a mill deck, but only if you have some ranged damage sides to remove to use it; you only have 1, and it isn't on either of your characters.

The upgrades you have are good, and I think you could use a few more. Especially because your total die count is very low, which will make it hard to take advantage of Unkar's ability. If you have them, add some of the following: Fast Hands, a second Blackmail, Lure of Power. Vibroknucklers would be good for this deck, especially because your discard die sides are a little low as it is. Consider something that will give you some shields: Personal Shield or Immobilize, for example. You'll also be better off with an additional Unkar Plutt - Junk Dealer.

Lastly, Command Center - Lothal is great for what you want to do to your opponent, but also risky. Unless you're confident you'll be able to claim most of the time, it could be very harmful. That said, if you have a couple Ascension Guns, you could keep Command Center in your deck, and choose your opponent's battlefield when possible, and just use CC when you roll special on the guns.
