After testing some of the decks spawned from the 2Player Set, this seems to be the most natural direction to go. Darth Vader - Sith Lord is a beast, and a Unique Captain Phasma - Ruthless Tactician just frees him up to do his worst.
The old The Price of Failure trick only worked once on the Royal Guard, and killed him to boot. Now, Phasma can use Leadership to let Vader attack... and attack... and attack.
