The trick of this deck is to play exactly opposite of the speed meta. First hand, you are looking for cheap supports. Things like Double Dealing and Play the Odds will feed your resource pool quicker. As soon as you start to amass resources try and get all your supports out as quick as possible. In addition, as soon as you draw into your Second Chances you will need to play those ASAP! Do not sit on them! There is a lot of ways to sneak out hidden damage, and you need all the health you can get.
You will be asking why bother having Planetary Uprising if you are looking to play slow? When your opponent sees 2 PUs sitting across the table they will think twice before passing. This will allow you to apply pressure to force your opponenet into claiming, so you can do your thing.
