Cad/Phasma Blaster Deck 1.0

Have you ever gotten the T-7 Ion Disruptor Rifle out? I run this deck too but I could barely even get Captain Phasma's Blaster out most games.

@Gosko94 This was my first attempt at brainstorming a deck on the fly yesterday. I actually have yet to even try it out. My thinking was that if resources are a tight spot, I can overwrite upgrades and/or use Arms Deal to get Phasma's Blaster or the T-7 rifle to the table. We'll see how the playtests go.
