Standard Mace/Padawan, first draft!
Defiance in there for fun mainly, think it might be more relevant in a maz deck where money could be easier to get.
Obi-Wan's Hut - Tatooine or Garel Spaceport - Garel as options for battlefield
If i was building this I would opt for the following: x1 Funeral Pyre x2 Defiance -2 Makashi Training and add x2 Shoto Lightsaber x1 Sound The Alarm x1 Rend x2 Clash x2 Bestow x1 Master of the Council
Force Speed is probably a personal preference card.

Common plays will be, upgrade padawan, roll her in, then bestow weapon across to Mace, activate mace so you can get 2 hits off the single upgrade for no additional cost. Then overwrite the upgrade on mace with MOTC.
