I really want Thrawn to work. I've played matches with support Thrawn and getting vehicles and supports out are too slow against aggro decks like Sabine, IG, FN and so on. I want to really utilize Thrawn as control and being able to generate money, while focusing dice.
Off the bat I would try to get an upgrade on Kylo. There are some nice cheap weapons in here that can be focused, and with feint I don't see why you can't mess with the opponents hand enough to keep upgrades and other events out of play.
Being able to focus weapons is really going to make this deck work. After I play this I'll give a better update on what I think needs to happen.
