Simwi from Hanger Bay 94 and this deck is all basedon the one thing our new eratta did for heroes - make shields viable again! In a new meta with decks starting with three die, four seems almost cheating, and it is with Kanans obvious ambush action each die removal of his and Qui-Gon simply pinging damage if he has shields...which this deck provides in abundance. Other cards are there to provide health and damage output and constant death by a thousand cuts in Luke's Protection. Lightsaber Pull helps from the off if you pull it round 1 to gain a shoto or if you think a resource is easily achievable pull Reys saber instead. With great health mitigation cards like Caution, Defensive Stance & Willpower, the two Jedi can easily heal and damage. The action from Reys Lightsaber and Fearless on Qui-Gon is astonishing. With a Force Illusion on him, Jinn refuses point blank to die and for a sweeping finale a 3 shield Riposte is a game changer. Remeber to use Kanans abi every die roll, even resolving each die one at a time and you are golden. I firmly see Heroes being shielded up in decks like this (eMace/Jedi and eAshoka/Jinn) as the way the meta is heading. Let me know as always what you think in the comments.

Cheers genghis and han for your comments. I agree with you both actually he will become meta again once he gets a good 12/13 partner but as of now single colour decks with shields look fantastic. Many boards are claiming that QGJ is the new meta choice with a partner of your choice, Ashoka, Kanan, Rey or whoever. We. An always pick the Guardian battlefield to mitigate your idea though and I may try that out as I never pick my own to actually start the game win shields attached. Needs testing. Do you like Kanan more than Rey - Force Prodigy Though? I think if you are going hard core shields, Force Protection is a must add if you are playing 2 Ripostes
As for meta, I don't think Heros are very close yet. Even in heavy support builds, Villain still has the upper hand. Mono Blue is just too easy for kylo2 to destroy with Feint and Kylo isn't going anywhere with the new RRG,
I use QGJ and Rey, but I like your ideas on the speed of resolving Kanan's dice. If Hero Blue ever get a card that gives a character Guardian, QGJ decks will start to pop up all over the place.
I'm not an expert, but I love leaving feedback for people who take the time to do a write-up on the deck.
