Hera combo deck featuring as much draw/dig as possible to ensure that you keep hitting those vehicles and dealing insane damage per turn. Doesn't run any mitigation, but can usually deal more damage earlier in the game than other decks. The deck is a blast to play and can pull out a win against anybody, but you need to know a few things before you jump in the cockpit.

  1. You will probably never claim. Imperial Academy - Lothal is only there for the first turn if you happen to win the die roll and you should heavily consider picking your opponent's battlefield if it doesn't give them too much of an advantage. Also, this deck thrives once the other player has claimed. Don't Get Cocky and Truce are at their best when you're the only one getting to use the free cards and money.

  2. Maz Kanata - Pirate Queen will die first. Unless your opponent is new to the archetype or generally bad, The Queen is not long for this world. Cunning is only there to help your generally bad matchup vs. mill, punish bad players for looking at Hera Syndulla - Phoenix Leader the wrong way, and occasionally supplement early turns where you have extra money (mostly when you draw a Quadjumper and a Y-Wing with nothing else to do). Don't invest your resources into it if you won't get your money's worth.

  3. Don't discard your draw events. This is important. Drawing cards gives you more cards to discard for re-rolls or more options like Reckless Reentry. You should hang onto these for as long as possible.
