So...here is my take on Sabine Wren - Explosives Expert. Everyone knows, how she plays.
However in this case I paired her with an unusual partner. A pairing I have not seen. Kanan Jarrus - Rebel Jedi. Why him?
First of all You get access to blue cards. That means survivability. Knanan's die wis an obvious choice for Caution. Kanan is a great target for that Heroism. Also You get "little sister" of Never Tell Me The Odds - Concentrate. Concentrate gives You flexibility in use, as You can either pay 1 or 2 resources, depending on Your needs. Usually turning 2 dice is enough and You do not have to play around paying 3 for Never Tell Me The Odds. That is a nice thing. And last but not least Force Illusion - again more survivability for Sabine.
Second - Kanan Jarrus - Rebel Jedi has 10 health. This makes him great target for Impersonate. Healing Sabine for up-to 10 damage can be huge.
Third - his ability and die sides. Roll Kanan Jarrus - Rebel Jedi first and see how Your play will go... If You get ranged damage, it will fit Your ranged on other dice. If You get melee damage - no problem. You can resolve it from his ability without loosing tempo. If You get resources - perfect! You can be sure that You will have a resource for any of those pay sides on Your weapons also without loosing tempo. Focus side? OH! Now Your opponent can be sure there is at least one side with its maximum value coming down the road...Again without You loosing tempo. All this helps You with being fast and claiming the battlefield.
As for the rest - this is a more or less standard Sabine Wren - Explosives Expertdeck.
