This deck is made to end friendships and keep you laughing to whole time. You won't find it in the meta anytime soon, but take keep their hand a resources empty. Use Lure of Power to add that extra discard or disrupt. Pretty much the only way to win is by mill, so have fun with it!
I've been trying to develop the same squad. I think most of these cards are defensible, but there are a handful of cards you absolutely must add:
Scrap Heap - the whole game plan is to discard every single round; might as well get paid for it
Buy Out - like you said the only way to win is to mill
Fast Hands - roll Jabba in, reroll his worse die, hopefully discard 2 in one action
He Doesn't Like You - lets be honest, you're gonna hit a lot of worthless rolls that aren't wroth rerolling with this team. Might as well take the free removal
The Best Defense - it's right there in the name...
I also think Fort Anaxes is worth some consideration as your battlefield. Neither that nor your battlefield helps the opponent at all, but I think getting guardian on all characters gives you slightly better upside for keeping Jabba alive long enough to buy 'em out.
