My goal was to make a Jar Jar deck that took best advantage of his 'randomness.' Jar Jar's die sucks, so it should be used to get his dice into your pool early and power cards like Caution, Vandalize and Loth-Cat and Mouse.
This isn't a deck looking to claim the battlefield so slow-playing the round is to your advantage. If your opponent rolls in hot, make 'em re-roll with JJ. If he's scared of Jar Jar, great, he'll waste an action rolling him in for you.
Get the big weapons in play with Reaping The Crystal. I'd play with a 2nd Caution if I had one and sub-out the #Destiny.
Also, I don't have any Easy Pickings... but would use one.
Rey's action compression and Aayla's die control match well with Jar Jar's ability to make bad cards better.
