Second deck, built for my wife, off a friends collection. She loves mill strategies in games and loves doing fun, random stuff. Perfect fot Jar Jar.
This is about as effiecent as I could make it. I feel like it might need a game plan VS other Mill since this doesn't have much combat.
Please offer up any insights my new player status blinds me to.
