Rieekan/Partisan/Partisan (The Miserable Mill) - Updated 1.0

Possibly Second Chance to keep alive whichever partisan gets upgrades. Extra copies of Pickpocket and C-3PO are auto-includes for me, especially since Rieekan has no discard sides. I'm not big on Hunker Down with so many blue melee decks around, but zero cost is awesome. I've always wanted Local Patrol to be cool, but drawing it when your opponent had both deck and resources remaining is straight luck. I prefer Strike Briefing to guarantee mill effect, even though that's a dead card once their deck is finished. And I've never gotten over the cost of Tough Haggler to actually try it in my mill decks, so please report back on how it does!

@Drop it like it's Hutt Second Chance would be good, although not sure if I'd actually use it, with two other three-cost upgrades in the deck. The upgrades will be pretty evenly spread amongst my characters so no particular one of them gets targeted. I'll almost definitely add a second C-3PO and Pickpocket. Hunker Down is great a fantastic 0-cost to fuel Rieekan's ability. Local Patrol is a cheap mill card, and we'll have to agree to disagree - I think it's great. Strike Briefing is nice, but I prefer to mill two cards, not knowing what they are, rather than only milling one, but knowing the other two that are left on top, and, as you said, it's a dead card once their deck is finished. I think Tough Haggler is completely worth the cost. This deck has trouble discarding from hand once the deck is gone, so Tough Haggler is a great way to fix that. Thanks for your input, I'll definitely try out Second Chance, and a second Pickpocket and C-3PO.

I would suggest Chance Cube. It can get s pretty consistently with General Rieekan - Defensive Masterminds s. Or you can use it after you it to 3 cards from the opponents hand with C-3PO.

I think yoda over a partisan and fortify is also a good option.

@Razelll In our group, the only person with Yoda - Wizened Master (non-elite), uses him in a relatively solid eYoda (proxy die)/eJar Jar/Jedha Partisan mill. But there's no way he'd trade it for anything short of a deck (good on him). So I can't test it. I'm considering TTS, but I'm not sold yet. I'm trying to restrict the amount of money I spend on Destiny now, as I'm aiming to make it to Worlds 2019.
