Second attempt. Made the first version after having read Palpatine - Darth Sidious's ability wrong. Oh well - let's see what I can do with vicious villain events!
Palp has the ability to get nasty, expensive events out at a discount. Mandalorian Super Commando deals 1x direct damage once per turn when you upgrade him. In that case worth having cheap or free upgrades for him, some useful shield and specials upgrades for Palp, and the rest a mix of villain events.

How about adding some AtG upgrades? |
You could fit "Retribution" in there as the last point now that AtG is out. |
Chance Cube is really good for Mandalorian Super Commando, cuz you can just bounce it back to your hand when you activate if you don't pay the resource.
