this deck was able to go 3-0 and 3-1 at two tournament would like feedback on what cards to put in and take out.

I don’t think you need BB-8. I like the card but it’s not really needed.

Why run 2 Falcons? It makes you vulnerable to Flames of the Past in Mill and if you draw into the Falcon on accident just pitch it to reroll then AR it from your discard pile.

I disagree about BB-8. I always put him in my vehicles decks and I always play vehicles decks.

Take the Fight to Them seems kinda useless. Almost all your damage is anyway.

I suggest: -1 Millennium Falcon -1 Take the Fight to Them -2 Strategic Planning +2 Outgun +1 Indifferent +1 N-1 Starfighter

Thanks for your feedback about the cards. I find that Vandalize is more of a threat to the falcon then Flames of the Past. I think that adding +1 Indifferent and +1 N-1 Starfighter would work well. Taking out -1 Take the Fight to Them and -1 Strategic Planning. The reason I would include a 1 Strategic Planning is that if you can get it off first round using Han Solo - Independent Hotshot special you can do some serious extra damage. Because the whole idea of the deck is to hit hard and fast using Biggs Darklighter - Rebellion Ace to roll out Millennium Falcon to roll out Han Solo - Independent Hotshot.

I guess that's true, but you want to play mods as soon as possible, probably as your first action if you can, and afterwards Strategic Planning is probably just a throwaway card. Though I suppose you could use it aggressively if you're up against a Shadow Caster or something. I still strongly recommend Outgun. Over almost any other removal you have, really. You'll often be able to resolve it as basically "spend 2 resources to remove 2 dice" which is insane. And if you can resolve it at 3 mods it's a game-winner. Good luck with the deck! I played a Biggs + Falcon deck at regionals and it was super fun.

I really would like to put Outgun in what would you recommend taking out maybe Leverage since I want to resolve damage as fast as I can. I also use Strategic Planning on exhausting supports like Vader's Fist.

I think the point about Leverage is good and I'd run Outgun over Leverage. I'd also probably even run it over First Aid but Leverage is a better call.
