Bayushi Sezaru 956
Pretty "standard" Vader + Troopers deck. I know there is no standard at this point in the game, with no official events yet played, but this is my take on this deck.
Vader's ability is the main milling engine, possibly reducing the game by one whole turn before the opponent runs out of cards. The deck has damage potential, though, so it should go for a character kill, then (when the opponent has lost 33% or 50% of his/her offensive potential) achieve victory through dice controlling and milling/killing.
