This deck went 4-0 at a local swiss tourney, with only 1 game per round of swiss. This beat 2 eVeers eJango decks, an eKylo trooper raider deck, and an eRey eFinn deck.
Since there is no elite character it seemed a lot of people went for Rey first because of her ability, but this deck utilizes her more for being 1 point more than a Padawan to get 3 more health.
Main strategy is to get some cheap equipment out quickly, like Jedi Robes or Force Training and then hopefully upgrade to One with The Force on whoever is taking the most damage first. With 3 blue characters it is much easier to get One with The Force to become a support. Padawan is also amazing for getting lightsabers out on the first turn which is a huge advantage.
The rest of the cards are mainly dice manipulation to remove ranged damage. Dodge, Deflect, and Force Misdirection all helped to mitigate the damage from Jengo and Veers. Heroism is a great card to spread damage around, as well as to give one of my characters damage in order to Willpower it back for a final kill.
The deck that gave this the most trouble was an eVeers eJango that was running Jedi Temple as the battlefield. This deck rarely claims the battlefield so it lost a lot of die manipulation events. Force Throw was able to make up the difference, but if you can't get those out then it will be a tough match-up.
Changes I would make:
-2 Take Cover
+1 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber (Just traded for)
+1 Willpower (still need)
