Hi guys!

Just played this deck yesterday in Rome and want to share it. We were 10 players, this deck did 5-0 (3 game in swiss and then top 4).

Initial inspiration was from gunslinger's Ackbar 'Money bags'(http://swdestinydb.com/decklist/view/6881/ackbarmoneybags-1.0) but i changed it after some few games in according with our local meta.

Significant modifications are:

  • Dodge: too many ranged deck, need to fix it;

  • DH-17 Blaster Pistol: in my local meta there are tons of aggro decks and they are very fast, so I felt I need to have some stuff early;
  • Launch Bay and Survival Gear: I dropped these cards for the same reason, I needed to use elsewhere

In my first game I payed againt a eJango/eVeers deck, so I used mulligan to look for Dodge/Hunker Down to take time...this tactic permormed well despite my opponents first 2 super-fire turns, I played Millennium Falcon in turn 3 and then I broke Jango Fett ability.

Second game was againt a eVadeser/Tusken. This game was pretty easy cause Vader was a bit unlucky, he rolled more distrupt than damage.

Game 3 was agains a eBala/Jango/trooper...again mullingan for some stuff to take time and couunter his ranged damage output. The idea was to dodge if he put 5 or more on table...the game was challeging and at the end Reversal made the game!

In semi-final I played againt a eGrievous/Kylo, so I tended to discard Millennium Falcon afraid for Kylo special, btw with the tankiness of Hired Gun I was pretty safe.

Last game was against another eBala/Jango/trooper...here again, same strategy as for game 3. My opponent was very unlucky in his first 2 turns, he rolled out from his Holdout Blaster, but he didn't have money to pay for it. Then the great number oh HP and removal (Dodge, Flank, Electroshock) brought me to win the game

Final considerations:

  • The deck is funny and not so easy to play;
  • The face of your opponent when you play Reversal has no price :D
  • Never give up! You have tons of HP

I've played aganist this deck on the final. It show a lot of consistency in a meta ruled by aggro fire-focused decks. I didnt think that it stand aganist an explosive eVeers/eJango beginning that oneshot chars like an elephant with peanuts. Good job, a very nice and challenging deck driven by a skillfull player.

Use a padawan instead of one hired gun so you can have one of each color.

Have played about 7-8 games with this so far. Very solid deck.If you start with Falcon, getting it out turn 2 (or ONE!!!) really sets the pace of the game.

Thinking of getting Strategic Planning in here. Cards up for replacing are Unpredictable (I REALLY don't like this card outside of Han decks), 1 Dodge (I really wish this game ran a sideboard), or Defensive Position (I have been pretty slow to claim at the start of the game). If I remove two of those cards, may also consider adding Launch Bay in.

In fact the games I've lost so far involved getting 7-8 (or more) damage hung on a Hired Gun in Round 1 or early round 2.

Hi...I'm happy you enjoyed play with it :) Yeah, I added Unpredictable and Defensive Position a day before the tournament and never used them, Strategic Planning could be a great improvement, need to test it :)

In my meta I really need 2 Dodge, if you are comfortable with only one, try a Launch Bay and let me know!
