A mill deck based around Ackbar/Padme.
The idea is to keep them alive long enough through defensive mechanisms like Dug in, Defensive Position, Field Medic, Second Chance etc.
By abusing Admiral Ackbar focus rolls to trigger Padme Amidala specials you can pull cards out of your opponents hand. Both heroes also have a discard side of their dice.
Command Center should be easy to claim with only two heroes to resolve, further milling your opponent. Outpost can help you double down on that especially via focusing with Ackbar.
This deck features Infiltrate, although that's a choice mostly based on availability of cards. Both my Electroshock are in my Jango/eBala/Trooper deck, so when they play against each other, that deck uses them.
If that deck is not being played, then I substitute 2x Infiltrate for 2x Electroshock.
