Trying to utilize ranged damage and claiming the battlefield. Lot's of cheap dice control plus some resource generation to have the upgrades ready mid-game and enable paid ranged die-sides. Not sure about Outmaneuver.

First changes: kick outmaneuver, too slow. Its a trap doesnt have enough targets (red dice). Include electroshock and something else. Fieldmedic maybe to keep baze alive a little longer. |

Electroshock is a good card.
