Use the Tie Pilot and First Order Stormtrooper to soak up any damage from Captain Phasma - Elite Trooper with Guardian. When they die, bring them back with Endless Ranks
Then give Phasma Wingman and as many weapons as you can, and go in hard.
I generally try to use the opponents battlefield, to get the extra shields at the start.
