My favorite blue hero deck i've played yet. It is preferable for your opponent to go after Rey first and most do because of Obi's amazing ability but really this deck is designed to make it tough to kill either character.
Opening hard: you really need an It binds to make this deck hum, an ideal start is an It binds, Force Speed and a Makashi. Pop out it binds, and then turn 2 put force speed, Makashi on Rey and off you go.
Tricks-I like to use Obis Guardian to pull a bit of damage and then use willpower to ping it off. Get him shields and guardian is a beast! Also a force speed from Rey into activating Obi-(guardian a small die) and then Using a my ally is the force on his 3 side if you roll it is a killing blow. Try to set it up turn 2-3 for maximum results.
Last cards in- Determination. I like it because its free and can change any die to something else. a blank force speed is the target because you can change it to its special and resolve. Force speed-into that focus that you needed to use determination and then focus Obi to his max damage. It a quick strike that costs 0.
High Ground-I know i need Die removal and the other consideration here is force misdirection. This deck claims at least 50% of the time and often more so high ground is a nice die removal/damage hit for 1.
