FyreEmblem 1011

This deck is built to counter Poe, but should be effective against other builds as well.

We have 2 healthy bodies to survive the bomb-lobbing onslaught, as well as cards like Force Illusion and Armor Plating to stave off death. Vader and Jabba's abilities are very relevant, with 1 discard and the re-roll on Jabba to help trigger Dark Presence and get more consistent mill.

Fast Hands allows us to activate and discard quickly before Maz can roll in and trigger Poe, while Dark Presence lets us remove the Poe di(c)e they haven't resolved off of Fast Hands.

Blackmail and Vibroknucklers give us lots of discards sides and can be played Round 1 with Enrage. Lure of Power allows us to discard more cards or push a little extra damage with Vader if necessary.

For other events, we run some mitigation, along with some Force Strike and Lightsaber Throw to help Vader push damage with only 1 die.

New Orders and sabotage are splashed to help specifically agaisnt the Poe match-up and Planetary uprising.

DISCLAIMER: I have not done any testing with this deck yet, planning to do so this week. Your feedback is always helpful and welcome.

Cheers! And happy Poe hunting.

With only three dice in the whole deck with melee sides, I think you might find Lightsaber Throw a bit awkward. I run it in my Vader Raider, which is packed with melee sides and am amazed how often it's pitched for rerolls because being able to play it (with melee showing and money available) and the desire to play it don't align as often as I would have expected. I'm not about to drop it, but it has made me adjust my expectations for the card.

Additionally, Jabba is my favourite character in the game and I love what Blackmail is all about, but I have found that Jabba doesn't really need it. I think Kylo Ren's Lightsaber is more likely to give you value (and I'd consider Vibroknife too).
