The hopeful Idea on this is to try to control the amount of cards and resources your opponent has while gaining extra cards yourself with Luke. Not sure if there is enough resources or defensive cards here to pull it off proper though, but dont know what to change out to possibly put in a data pad for resources or to put in more defensive cards. Echo Base is chosen because this set has a lack of shields.
