The goal here is just to run as much health worth of characters as possible, and win on quantity of dice. Resources might be a problem, but with drudge work, your low health and/or unupgraded troopers get to bump your resource intake to 3 or 4. Hopefully we'll see some more neutral or red resource builders before release, or maybe the yellow non-unique has decent resource generation and it can be a 2-color deck (or a sith witch? there's 2 points left for characters, so a 9-point will slot in to replace a trooper. I doubt 9 points will have less health, so it's a welcome option.)

With the low health per character right now, it has more upgrades than I'd like, but hopefully we see more supports that'll slot in.

Not a lot of tricks with the current card pool, but the idea is that with low support removal, you're getting to play dice that can't easily be removed.

Don't upgrade any troopers until you have 1 trooper with 2 or more damage on them, and then upgrade your healthiest one. Don't give your opponents easy work to remove dice.

The AT-ST's and endless ranks are expensive. If you want to get one out, drudge up some resources, and don't be afraid to pitch one of the more expensive cards to reroll resource-costing results.
