won my store champs with this deck, only having cards from the newest sets, very happy. The deck is pretty simple, put up grades on whoever is not being targeted and deal damage. I included 8 grey cards to help with Kylo, I faced two Kylo decks in top 4. Tried to make sure I had grey cards in my opening hand and would hold on to them, definitely helped slow Kylo down. free fall can be a power combo with division in the force and Loth wolf is a great card, love seeing it every time. Beguile is a card I might cut for another mislead or replace both with steadfast.

buy some Vibroknifes and change your battlefield to Starship Graveyard - Jakku, Force Speed and Ancient Lightsaber and take the deck to the next level

@talism this is trilogy format :)

If this was infinity format want would you change?

Mrbeefhammer 111

`@General Vatutin i would add guard and overconfidence for sure, not sure what i would cut. You could also add is shotos, but I didnt feel behind or under powered in of the games i have played with the deck, so perhaps its a preference thing. still dont think the deck is in its final form yet.

@Mrbeefhammerwhat Kylo decks did you go up against?

Mrbeefhammer 111

@Husher315 I faced Kylo Pryce and Kylo Anakin. Pryce version was fast and scary.

Husher315 23

@Mrbeefhammer I'm just curious what your strategy against Kylo/Pryce was, as that's the deck I'm most nervous going up against.

Mrbeefhammer 111

@Husher315 well obviously kill Kylo as fast as possible. Most people go for Luke first and so I focused on loading up Rey and using Luke for as much damage potential as possible, so trying to hit his 2 sides to swing for 4. The second thing that I did was try to get grey cards in hand and hold onto them until Kylo is dead. Third, an opening hand with Loth wolf bond is huge, you get 4 dice out fast, pinged damage and extra shields. My opponent has dark ritual in his deck so I was watchful for that. Luke's dice have good damage potential, so early rounds you can get by without an upgrade or one upgrade, to keep Pryce from getting the battlefield. So not spending an action on playing an upgrade to able to out claim Pryce.

One last question. Would you put in ancients LS instead of hand crafted. What are your thoughts on handcrafted?

Husher315 23

For trilogies format, why no Ataru Strike?

Mrbeefhammer 111

@Husher315 I think that is great idea. For me I felt that ataru strike can be telegraphed easy and that concentrate makes a better play, your opponent then has to react to your dice and resequence their turn. But I could see putting ataru strike in over concentrate. Concentrate always works and ataru strike doesn't always work.

Been looking for a Trilogy Luke Deck for a while and this one looks impressive!
