My match-ups were:

1) Wat/eWatto/SM - W

Very close game, managed to use the 2 Disrupt on the Megablaster Troopers to stop a double Entourage ramp and push a lot of damage through. Pulverize closed off the game. Tough match-up!

2) eWatto/Phasma- W

Started with a Tech Team and Imperial Officer in round 1. Getting 6 into Phasma, then going into round 2 I put down a Conscript Squad and Sniper Team, taking down Phasma. By this point my opponent had built up some money and started getting some good supports down. Turn 3, rolled out everything, and used Pulverize to close of the game.

3) ePhasma/Trooper/AT - W

Very close game, I won the roll off and took the shields, and that's pretty much what won the game. My opponent and I hit very similar rolls, and did the exact same amount of damage to each other. By the time I took down his Phasma, my Phasma was 2 away from dying, meaning the two shields from the roll was the deciding factor. Great opponent, we had a good chat afterwards about the game!

4) Mace Windu/Satine/Lightsaber Mastery - W

Probably the most intense game I played all weekend. Mace managed to find his Lightsaber and Republic Jedi Armor early on. I ramped pretty well with Quicksilver, Megablaster, Imp Officer and a Conscript Squad. Round 2 I was hit with a Fatal Blow for 7 and Mace used a Bacta Therapy. Coming into round 3, before rolling anything out, I decided to Probe on 5 cards and somehow hit his second Bacta Therapy, very lucky. I played most of my mitigation and lost my Phasma to a second Fatal Blow. Luckily, I had rolled out her PA, and Megablaster Troopers and Pulverizeto kill Mace. Last round, we went to time, I removed one Satine die to stop the Trooper dying, and put 7 into Satine. My opponent had no cards left in hand, and I had three cards in hand to discard to re-roll the Imperial Officer. Second re-roll I hit the 2 for 1 and my opponent leapt up across the table and gave me a hug! Such a great game, so intense. That great sportsmanship is what Destiny is all about!

5) ePhasma/Trooper/AT - W

This was against one of my friends, Andreas, and I was just fortunate with my opening hand and opening roll. Double Tech Team, Megablaster Troopers. Power Action Phasma and roll into double resource on the Trooper's die which sets me up for the turn 1 Megablaster Troopers. Turn 2 I draw another Megablaster Troopers and have two on table by the beginning of turn 2. Both Phasma's went down shortly after another! Was a great game and Andreas was super accommodating and friendly over the entire weekend!

6) Wat/eWatto/SM - L

This was versus Adam Länsberg, of whom I've played before in the Your Destiny TTS league and a few other times. Fantastic player. He has a strong opening and second turn, getting the Entourage chain going. I tried to put the pressure on by focusing into max damage to play a Pulverize, but Dodge saved the day! Phasma went down, and that was it! Quick game, but Adam was very humble, friendly, and I'm glad I played him in the Finals!

Most valued card has to be Pulverize, I would consider taking 2 copies, it is such a good card for this deck. Probe was also key in winning a few games too!

Malmö was fantastic, looking forward to heading back to the Nordic's soon and hanging out with everyone again!

Destiny Deck Analysis 271

Before this event I was looking for a deck similar to this to play. You’re focus on speed is exactly what I was looking for, but couldn’t quite figure out how to integrate into the deck. I decided instead to run a three wide hero deck, only losing to Adam as well. Thanks for the excellent write-up and hopefully we will face each other at a future event!

@Destiny Deck Analysis Yeah this deck can definitely have some early game aggression and speed! The mirror matches were over within minutes! Hopefully catch you at another event in the future! :)
