Remove the Hoth Trooper and make Ahsoka Tano elite. The Last Command seems Bad Because you are loosing the 332nd clone troopers so this may be a bad deck.
I played this in our first event but with elite Ahsoka. It's not bad at all. Additional dice early on can allow you to take a character down on the first turn. The crucial thing is to get those weapons on Ahsoka. Once that is done she is in. I think a friend of mine came up with a better idea. of Anakin Skywalker - Reckless One and a Force Sensitive Trickster to find cards like Inflict Pain to damage the clones before handing them over then Anakin becomes Vader on activation.
