Do you think it could be upgrade heavy? With Vader/ Guard I did not run too many upgrades as Vader dice are so strong and i kept resources for things like Force Strike.
Also, feel like The Price of Failure synergize very well with the pair. You could play The Price of Failure after MagnaGuard loses his last health point and ready Darth as it gives you a bigger window to effectively use that card. It may even be worth it to include Boundless Ambition to increase the chances for it...
