This deck is all about milling out your opponent. The faster the better. It takes advantage of low cost (1 or 2 Resources) cards. The deck works best when played with the battlefield, and so a copy of New Orders has been put in. If you have this in your opening hand, choose to use your opponent's battlefield, take the shields to get General Rieekan - Defensive Mastermind Milling cards early, and then hit for a couple more on your first turn.
The usefulness of Con Artist should be apparent, the earlier the better. Multiple copies going is great. Then combining Outpost and Cunning make for a deadly duo.
The Dice in the deck have many and sides so Spy Net can help you mill just by rolling, and Double-Dealing can get you those resources you need to pump out another Upgrade or Mitigation.
The main problem that I have had with this deck is getting cards out of the opponent's hand for the win. This is doable with most of the dice in the deck, especially Scout towards the end of the game becomes an MVP candidate. Thinking about adding a copy or two of Pickpocket in case the rolls aren't coming.
Finally, the name of the game is "Stay Alive." Mandalorian Armor, Second Chance, Diplomatic Immunity, and Dug in should keep your characters alive long enough to win.
