Bazine is obviously there for the yellow card, but this still gives you a 3 character-4 dices start with a lot of removal. Deadly goes on Bazine so her dice might be worth something, and Port District was selected as BF to take advantage of all the 3 cost upgrades we would cycle on FN.
Ive been working on a list with these 3 and i strongly think that 2 electroshocks is wrong bazine has 8 health she isnt gonna live long than the shocks are just dead. Id swap those out for something different maybe even the best defense 3 damage some times is better than 6.
