Too many upgrades. Palp will never get full use out of the armor. Only run 1 force illusion as he wants the cards you will be ditching. Get 2 Rise against in there. 1 mind probe. No throw, 1 force choke. Choke helps you ramp without spending too much. Choke to Push to Lightning. Add in a Dark Presence as almost all die have discard.
Isolation, trust your instincts, and other controls should be added. Palp should be VERY event heavy as that is how he survives.
