Simwi here from Hanger Bay 94 with a new post-FAQ deck to hopefully mitigate all those now slower FN, Phasma2, Rey decks. I firmly believe that 4 die starting character decks will become quite hard to start with so eJyn/eEzra already has a head start over most new/reconstructed deck ideas. As eKylo2/FN will still be a thing, all be it much slower, I decided to see if I could action economy away with Jyns amazing ability and with as few die rolls as was needed in the huge aggro meta Destiny had become. This deck oozes appeal to me but the stars of the show now are still Never Tell Me The Odds, Infamous, Fast Hands & Second Chance. I will explain my thoughts. Early as possible mulligan hard for an ideal start of RI, Infamous, a great control and one upgrade card. This allows this tricks this deck can pull off start right from round 1. As Jyn can continuely drop 1pt events for free and 2's for 1, money and lots of great cards forcing your opponent to either lose die or take damage are great! Wzra is Ersos best partner. I did try Ackbar but Bridger rules with his money theft and shenanigans. I almost always roll out first with him as it appears to work better in the long run for Jyn. Many top decks (ie Nines, Kylo, Ashoka etc) need many upgraded die to win their games. my deck has a total of 4 dice. FOUR. The events and suppots do such superb work, that upgrade dice only slow down how great the synergy already is. Play to the decks strenghts and it will reward you. Play all your cards, its cheap and easy to do so and force your opponent into difficult choices, hopefully putting him off his game plan, negating it altogther or removing resourses and die. Double Cross and Bad Feeling have proven clutch in testing, especially if played in conjuction with RI or Infamous. In the new slower play meta Rebel Rebels is now my go to deck for events - let me know what you guys think in the comments below.

I didn't see it in your description, but is there a reason you're running Vibroknife instead of Holdout Blaster in this list? Seems like Holdout would provide the redeploy and sync better with the ranged damage. Or are you wanting to bypass shields solely with Vibro?

Yes I still see Vibroknife as a relevant upgrade post nerf, in fact I see it as a mini nerf. The ability to bypass shields when adding it to the damage isnt that bad a deal imo. Tho in hindsight, adding in Holdout Blaster in exchange for the Vibros is something to consider for sure. I am testing this list extensively as it as but will also try the HB version as well adn post any changes to the list.

I would get rid of the scatter blaster and the vibro knives for another dl-44 and two holdout blasters. I personally dont like the mixing of fast hands and never tell me the odds in my yellow hero decks, unless the fast hands are going on Ezra. Adding in jumpack over thermal paint might be something to consider. It means you get melee die removal and much better burst damage w/NTMTO. I love your events and supports though. The only thing I would say is that LTWW is a bit niche, so replacing it with Truce or even Hyperspace jump could be beneficial. Great deck write up, love to hear your thoughts.

Yes I’m actually leaning heavily into those changes. Firmly do think HB to be much better for these characters than VKnife. Fast hands has been clutch for me in many games and yes on Ezra it’s fantastic. jumpack is great but imo no greater than paint and the latter does do more consistent damage esp with the removal aspect. Truce has served me well in other decks pre-nerf so a definite consideration for sure. As I wrote in my initial guide things are fluid and all changes will be updated as I heavily test this out further. Thank you for your input!

HB is absolutely a better pick in your deck over vibro knife. The redeploy from the blaster and ranged sides are amazing. At most your knife can do 1 unblockable because it's your only melee die in the entire deck. Also, changing your battlefield. Maz's castle would offer better consistency while moisture farm can help pay for stuff.

Can Hidden Agenda combine with Jynn's ability to play Never Tell Me The Odds for free? That could be a bit more of money saving. and a surprise for the opponent.

Very good idea and was also suggested at my games night last night. Thinking of full removal of scatter and vibros for two HB and two DL44. In addition I need more weapon die so add x8 as well for fast entry.h testing on TTS with new version and won 3/4 so clearly better. The idea is solid and new weapons a great improvement
