I've been trying to find a fun way to bring eIG-88 into a fun, possibly competitive, deck. With IG-88 - Assassin Droid ability to bring back yellow weapons and equipment it makes using upgrade cards to re-roll dice for more damage easy because you can just bring them back with his ability.
Since IG-88 - Assassin Droid will most likely be the famed target I wanted a lot of different upgrades that could protect him from different assaults like Personal Shield to quickly generate shield strength and control ranged damage as well as Armor Plating to control ranged and melee which can always be brought back after usage from IG's ability.
This deck uses a lot of control to keep IG-88 alive. With his ability to bring back weapons and equipment you have resources to use your events. With Infamous you'll be able to play multiple control cards in one setting since they would all have ambush like One-Quarter Portion, but of course that one comes with risks, or He Doesn't Like You. Another great event Infamous works nicely with is Ace in the Hole which is ideal to bring out Thermal Detonator with to eventually bring back for 1 resource with IG's ability.
Bazine Netal - Master Manipulator is mostly used for resource generation and her special. To get a quick pick off of 3 damage in the beginning could be devastating on some characters. Mostly I would be using her for On The Hunt and Deadly to pick at shield and deal unblockable damage.
My other cards like Backup Muscle is used to do some quick shots of damage and Armed to the Teeth is mostly used for final shots when I see that, that character is about to be destroyed.
I think this'll be a fun deck to run and if you have any other suggestions let me know.
