The idea is to mill your opponent. Red offers Scout and Outpost, blue offers Patience. Everything is intended to either make the opponent discard or mill. Return of the Jedi can only bring back Patience, but Patience is such a strong card, it seems worth it. The Thermal Detonator are mostly there for their discard sides.
