Well this is a deck I have not even tested out yet, this is just a deck building Theory!
So this deck is pretty much allowing Luke Skywalker doing the damage with the My Ally is the Force cards and the lightsabers (Luke's and Obi-Wan's) if you can get at least a single special on Yoda, you'd be able to make some money for the 3 Cost upgrades such as Luke Skywalker's/Obi-Wan's Lightsaber, Handcrafted Lightbows and Force Throw and having the "Special" Side upgrades such as Force Throw and Lightbow will allow nice Special chaining on Yoda
Swiftness is a very, very nice card, the only thing I can think of using Swiftness is for Cation + Ataru Strike on the Luke's 3X Damage making it 6 Damage to a character, or just Use the Force + Swiftness just to get the instant 3 damage on someone, also some gray coloured cards to not make this deck 100% blue due to Kylo2.
And once Luke is dead, you'll possibly have a loaded up Yoda, with Force Throws and Handcrafted Lightbows etc.
If someone gets a chance to build this deck, please let me know and see what other suggestions you'd make to make this deck much better :)
I have played a similar deck; you should run 2x Concentrate instead of use the force to maximize Luke's potential. I would also run 2x Heirloom lightsaber over Force throw because it is more consistent and has redeploy. Heirloom is basically another Luke die. I would ditch destiny for reaping the crystal also.
