This deck is a lot of fun to play. It's pretty simple strategy-wise, you just need to know when to play your awesome cards and when to save resources for removal. 5 droids do well against 2-character decks as you are winning the attrition game. It struggles against vehicle decks as there's no way to restrict their resource generation short of removing a Chance Cube with your The Best Defense... which you would rather save for the actual vehicle die anyway.

Turn 1 is make or break for this deck as it gets weaker as the game goes on. There are two main plans I try to stick to based on the mulligan.

Plan A) Play Imperial Backing into LR1K Sonic Cannon or Ground Battalion

Plan B) Play Strength in Numbers for 5 damage or Scorched Earth for 4 or more indirect

Armored Support is an allstar in this deck, especially against any sort of mill. Using it on any applicable target in the deck is a 4/6 chance of triggering 1 damage.

Aftermath can help you get the extra money needed to throw a late Ground Battalion or Scorched Earth unexpectedly. Drudge Work is always worth it if it allows you to play additional removal.

Sudden Impact helps to add in damage when stuck with the +2 indirect side or increase damage against our tougher 3 character matchups.

I don't feel like weapons are as useful in this deck because they are expensive and slow down the game. If there's something similar to Fragmentation Grenade but with redeploy which comes out, it'll find a home here.

Besides the obvious wombos with Imperial Backing, I feel like Scorched Earth and Strength in Numbers are the most powerful cards in the deck with Armored Support a close second.

I played around with Separatist Landing Craft but it's way to resource intensive to be worthwhile.
