So here is the idea:

You need to control your opponent as much as possible. Deny money and cards and dice. This will leave you with the ability to use maul to kill characters.

Mulligan for the following: Dark presence, maul's saber or lightsaber pull, fast hands. Well connected is worth keeping with maul's saber.

You need to aim to either get maul online with his lightsaber or get the jabba control online turn 1.

I would advise always holding back until the opponent has rolled in, this works well with dark presence. However fast hand Jabba to get rid of money is great, especially with my kind of scum.

Always put the vibro weapons on Jabba. Two reasons; if maul dies you need damage on table, the discard sides on the weapons help make dark presence consistent.

You want to aim for one rise again play and hopefully use it to get a free prized possession. A fun trick is to wait for a character near death to activate and then replace prized possession with a weapon.

Control cards need to be used for maximum effect, don't throw a hidden motive unless it is going to stop 3+ damage if you can help it. You need to treat discards and dice control, getting rid of re rolls is you best bet to survive.
