Since you have no special chaining in this deck I decided to try building upgrades that didnt require specials to be strong.
The ultimate idea for the deck is to play a 2 cost Force abililty on Luke, roll him out and resolve that ability then use your power action to move it over to Rey. If you managed to get a resource you can than overwrite it on Rey with one of the many redeploy weapons before rolling her in. You can even recycle these abilities using Luke's training so you can always get 2 uses out of your efficient 2 cost abilities.
Rend is used because of the huge amount of of just great 0 cost supports and upgrades since the new set came out. and Destiny is just another way to abuse Force training and Makashi training for more upgrades.
