I think this is great. I built this deck, haven't had a chance to play it yet though. I put almost all blue upgrades and used it binds all things, but I think this is better because riot baton and electro staff are too good with this deck to not include. I might base my deck of this. Great deck list!

I got a chance to run a similar deck against heavy mill. Didn’t end well for me but it was one game. I don’t have the riot control baton or any cards from rivals. But I am going to continue to try and refine it.
