Super early draft of a work in progress after ~ 1 year away from the game. Changes to come, input welcome :)
Resources are always tight in this pairing. I'd go Electrostaff over Z6 Riot Control Baton. Also to help with resources, i'd add Torment or Enrage. Theed Royal Palace - Naboo also seems to be a must in Vader pairings now.
