Why survival gear? Just because it has two resource sides? This honestly looks like a weaker version of the Poe's Hired Goons deck I posted. You should consider cunning or datapad if you are going to try and take advantage of Poe's special sides more. At one die Poe's special wasn't something I really counted on. That's why I went with Rebel War Room as it synergizes well with the Hired Guns damage sides (they all cost resource). Emperor's throne room doesn't seem like it would help you much until you actually drop that falcon. I like your version because it seems to be about making resources and about survival. If you want to increase your odds of surviving then why not use 2 Hunker Down? My version of this deck is about dropping the falcon potentially turn one and getting blasters out there in order to lay down some serious firepower. Here we don't have many blasters so I would be concerned with the damage output.

All of my decks currently are built around my actual cards, so I've only one cunning at the moment (though ironically two dice).

This deck as opposed to my others is actually for my wife, who is a more stompy player and likes big beefy dice, so we're kind of play testing what works for her and has the most enjoyment for her.

I will likely go with the hunker down change, I think we're leaning to switching out Poe for someone else too.

Rebel war room makes good sense as well. We just opened our first full booster boxes a few days back so we were working a bit limited until then so she's still wrapping her head around all the cards. She never took to any CCGs before so she's starting to to see what jives for her play-style.

If I put another red hero in I'll likely cannibalize the DH17s from my decks as well as the IQs. She is getting the datapads from my Vader deck today. We got splash blue instead though. Guess we'll see when she wakes up.

Thanks for the input!

Oh that's interesting! I like the idea of your changes. I've played this team composition a lot and it can be good. I have been trying to make some meta adjustments which is where my criticism was coming from. I didn't realize you were working with a more limited cardpool but that explains a lot too. Still it shouldn't be a bad deck by any means. 30 health is no joke!

She's up poking around now and I think we're leaning toward an e-Ackbar change. Moving a lot of blasters from my Veers deck and jetpack.

We played it against my Vader/NightSister deck last night, but that deck is too murdery to playtest against.

Honestly, most of my publishes are just to share decklists with my friends from the Marine Corps who don't live near us and we play over hangouts with. I should make that notation as well when I publish but laziness sometimes triumphs.
