So regarding the name, it was just Luke ... Kanata ... Lukanata ... Liu Katana... etc.; whatever, I like it.
So this isn't the final form. There were more Force powers, but I wasn't playing them, and they can't go on Maz. It'd be nice not to be totally dead when Luke goes, so I replaced Luke's saber with a regular one. That said everything is designed around keeping Luke alive while he defeats everyone.
I had two Destiny's, but late game it doesn't matter so much so I made it one. I had only one Fast Hands, but Force Speed with Fast Hands is too good of an opening not increase the chance of getting it as much as possible. There is definitely a point when you should transition away from it, but only practice will help with knowing when that is.
Determination is a true one-of, by which I mean it's not being tested and it is really just a one-of. Same with Jedi Robes, although the Robes haven't solidified a place yet. The other one-ofs are all being tested currently, and can become two-ofs or removed entirely. Perhaps even stay a one-of.
My Ally Is The Force was a card that I used exactly how I thought I would, and it was as awesome as I thought it would be, and yet I had only one. So I added another.

LIU KAN(g) would have been a great name by itself as well!! :D I do not 100% agree that Jedi Robes can stay at one-of, but I'm less sold on 2x #Force Heal . the price for healing 1/2 damage is far too high in my opinion, especially because you can play it only on luke. I would try instead 2 Robes and some useful generic support such as It Binds All Things or Your Eyes Can Deceive You ? I'm running a quite successful Rey/qui with SoR, and those two are lifesavers, especially the latter against milling decks |
So while not necessarily the most cost effective piece, I would still rather Force Heal. If you don't have the resource it's still 1 damage, and the healing is the most important part. Because they will find a way to do damage (like life, in Jurassic Park ... Damage finds a way). And I want it gone. It's easily overwritten by Lone Operative for a resource. My thoughts on Jedi Robes were that they go on Maz. I almost took them out, but didn't have many upgrades that went on her. There were way too many Force powers. This is really the second iteration, not like the 5th. A friend told me to publish, so I did, but otherwise I would've just waited out the more testing. |

Have you thought about trying Diplomatic Immunity? Also think this deck will benefit from more damage upgrades i.e Vibroknife and Rey's Staff |
indeed. Diplomatic Immunity is often an underrated card due to its cost. but building it on Jedi Robes is quite a clever trick! |
