I've played this deck alot of times and have fine tuned it to my play style. Cards I've played with taking them in and out that no longer are in the list are:

All have been removed for cards I use more often or I find to be much more effective.

This is a deck of tricks and people often underestimate how much punch it has. This deck should normally be winning the battlefield. Often its better to take the shields as you can make use of other peoples Battlefields just as much as your own. The deck can be super fast when you want it and alternatively you can take your sweet time and play out all your 0 cost supports and upgrades.

Some of the tricks I like to use here are:

  • Most often, I go for damage. Mulligan for Fast Hands and Force Speed, Pairing the 2 and Fast Hands-ing your Force Speed will make your rounds very quick stopping your opponent from removing your damage. Roll out vader and hit them hard and fast. Get a Cunning out on Unkar to use Darth Vader - Dark Apprentice's ability an extra turn a round. Then bring in Backup Muscle late to finish them off.

  • Removal, this deck can slow down other decks with it's super annoying Dark Presence Getting a couple of these out early will change the game. Alot of the dice have So it's easier to activate the support. Following with this there is quite a few removal events to throw in there as well.

  • Crime Lord! Sometimes not a very reliable route as there's only one in the deck. But when you come up against those Palpatine - Galactic Emperor raider/vader and sometimes even Poe/Maz decks. Getting the Crime Lord in your hand can completely change your tactics to fight them. Playing an early Cunning and having Crime Lord in your hand playing vs Poe can be a VERy nasty surprise for him.

  • Just survive, Rise Again is a horrible card to fight against. With this deck you can easily get the resources to just play it straight from your hand as well as using Premonitions to throw it out. Scared of someone stealing your Premonitions? Then load it up with The price of Failure instead.

Dark Presence isnt triggered by it's triggered by . Only Darth Vader - Dark Apprentice, Cunning and Vibroknucklers have , I was thinking of a very similar deck except have it run My Kind of Scum, Con Artist and Blackmail (I don't have the Crime Lord)... although all 3 of the yellow only have

@Psyker501 ah yeah that was a typing error, I'll fix that now, Vibroknife also have the side. I did think about My Kind of Scum but decided not to. Con Artist for me doesn't really fit but Blackmail I kinda of like the idea of! So I will give that a try.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't know if it's TTS, luck, I'm playing incorrectly, or I'm rolling terribly. Either way, this deck has performed atrociously for me. I'm often out damaged by the opposing team, especially if they're playing anything in the meta.

Unkar's ability is luck based (and possibly match-up based?) in a meta where half the decks are filled with 0 and 1 cost cards.

How do you go for damage when you can't deal much damage? I feel like I have to hit a special or I get hosed, and then it can be dealt with. The times I've been able to get off two specials in a row, I'm taking 2 damage on top of the damage they're dealing and thus they're out damaging me as I'm only netting 4 damage.

@letzgoterps I find it hard to see how you can't put out damage, Darth Vader - Dark Apprentice dice are very strong with 4 sides of damage and because of fast hands you will hardly be getting them removed. If you can match these dice with a weapon of any kind, cunning on Uniat or a Lightsaber Throw you should be hitting quite considerable turn one damage! Then finishing a character off in turn 2 without them being able to roll in. Obviously not all the time. I find my turn one is generally my worst and slowest so I will always try to keep a removal in there to help me out.

Because you're generally winning the battlefield with these 2 characters good dice maybe in your situation you should be taking your battlefield to get that extra out wether it's on Cunning or Darth Vader - Dark Apprentice.

I think Salvage Stand deserves a spot in this deck.

@proxyYou're right, Salvage Stand could do well in this deck. The more I've played it recently the more I'm starting to realise Bait and Switch isn't that useful for me. So I'll I may swap those 2 and run it a little more.
