Just a homebrew deck made to have fun. I have no idea how viable any of this stuff is. Any feedback would be appreciated!
The goal of the deck is to cheat out weapons as much/as soon as possible. I chose IG-88 - Assassin Droid for obvious reasons (to cheat weapons into play), and Death Trooper because he has so many base ranged sides. The synergy with Arms Deal and Ace in the Hole seem really strong, so id like to work those in. As well as 2x Black Market and 2x Weapons Cache for some more ranged damage sides, and focuses to hit IG-88's special more not to mention both have special sides to refill my hand/cheat out more weapons. I also added a small suite of dice mitigation (Covering Fire, Doubt, Electroshock, and He Doesn't Like You) hopefully to make my life easier. I debated Covering Fire for quite a while and decided that it seems like it could work quite well, seeing as i have 36 ranged damage sides split between 16 dice (avg 2.25 ranged sides per dice), so it seems like that should be quite reliably able to re-roll as many dice as needed. Lastly discarding a weapon to re-roll no longer feels quite as bad with the value from IG-88.
And finally, I chose Emperor's Throne Room as my battlefield because there are quite a large number of specials that i would very definitely not mind being able to "tutor" for (namely: IG-88, Black Market, or Weapons Cache). But removing an opponent's dice with DT-29 Heavy Blaster Pistol or Jetpack wouldn't feel too bad either.
