INTRODUCTION

This deck was built just for fun, but I believe it has potential. It has 10 removals and can survive a long time. In my match against Sabine/Ezra, I won after 5 rounds and neither of my characters was dead.

Games (I will continue to update this section as I play more):

Poe/Ezra - Win (His battlefield)

Sabine/Ezra - Win (My battlefield)

STARTING HAND

In your starting hand, you will want different cards based on who you're playing against.

I always want to see a Chance Cube.

I want to see about 2 removals; one free (Doubt or He Doesn't Like You). Overconfidence and Isolation are good against Sabine Wren - Explosives Expert.

Salvage Stand is good against decks that are tight on resources.

Dark Counsel and Fast Hands are also good cards.

Best starting hand would be Chance Cube, He Doesn't Like You, Doubt, Dark Counsel, and Salvage Stand.

HOW TO PLAY THE DECK

You want to play slow. If you are using your own battlefield, it will do nothing for them.

Play upgrades on specific characters. Normally, Jabba is the primary target.

Blackmail can go on Dooku if you need too, but I like it on Jabba with Fast Hands

Chance Cube, Prized Possession, and Dark Counsel usually goes on whoever they're not targetting.

Other upgrades go on the target: Mandalorian Armor, and Personal Shield (only if it's a range deck).

If Jabba has Fast Hands + Blackmail, I would activate him first so you can discard as many cards as possible (and the best ones also). You can also reroll a yellow dice.

I like to activate Dooku when they have 1-2 cards in hand so I have fewer chances of getting Chance Cube removed.

I will almost always have some focus to use on Chance Cube.

The rest of the time, play defensively with removals, and use Buy Out to take as many cards as possible from the top of the deck (5 saves you an entire round).

CARD CHOICES

Upgrades

Some of them I won't explain, but if you want to, just ask me in the comments and I will reply.

Mandalorian Armor works really well with Personal Shield and Count Dooku - Devious Strategist himself. I have often had too many shields that I even couldn't use their abilities. But now, you can have even more survivability by having up to 4 or even 5 shields on one character.

Dark Counsel is good too! 2 sides works well with Chance Cube and that special is good too. It can help you dig for removals, and Buy Out if you need it. The resources are always good too.

Personal Shield is amazing against ranged deck, but if you focus the die, it can also be 3 every round.

Blackmail is used to clear hands faster, and to take away lots of resources. The 3 side is also good.

Prized Possession is good and bad. It is a one-of because it's unique, and it may not be useful. It's not really good against rainbow 5 (Ciena Ree - Adept Pilot, Bala-Tik - Gang Leader, Nightsister), but stealing a Sabine, Palpatine, Vader... die is great value.

Supports

Hound's Tooth is one of the best resource generation cards in the game. It is a two-of for consistency. The 3/ side is also pretty good. It's ability is also good if you have a on one of your yellow dice.

Salvage Stand is great value. Stealing resources can be a game changer and it indeed was in my matchup against Sabine/Ezra. Even with Rend in the meta, it is still worth it.

Events

10 out of 13 are removals because control is mandatory for a mill deck.

Buy Out is why we want to have a lot of resources. Discarding from the top of the deck can save some time. Taking out 5 cards saves a complete round.

Disarm is the other one-of. Count Dooku - Devious Strategist has 2 damage sides that can be used to take out cards such as Sith Holocron, Vibroknife, Chance Cube, and other problem equipments/weapons.

Battlefield

Medical Center - Kaliida Shoals works perfectly in this deck. Unlike other versions of this deck, I'm not trying to do damage with Dooku even though I might do some if I can. The deck is slow so they will pretty much always claim it, but it will do nothing and may even come back to me. If I can claim it, it can still help us, and if our opponent passes, we just have to pass too. This battlefield is the one that has the most value. Other useless battlefields for opponents would be Secluded Beach - Scarif and Otoh Gunga - Naboo. The reason I chose Medical Center - Kaliida Shoals as my battlefield, is because it is the only useless battlefield that could also do something for me (if they actually use its claim ability). If I can claim it, I can also heal both of my characters or negate its ability.

CONCLUSION

That's it for this deck! If you have any questions/feedback, please comment down below. Leave a like and share the deck if you enjoyed it. Thank you!

No space for Dark Presence?

Battlefield Tip... Your opponent may claim the battlefield and NOT use the ability, therefore it would not come back to you. Still not a bad BF as you are not likely to claim therefore it doesn't help your opponent out

@ElectrickeryI considered it, but with rend in the meta, I don't want to have too many 0 cost upgrades/supports.

@KingD21The battlefield does nothing for them, so it's the best option available currently.

It still doesn't come back to you, though, therefore it also does nothing for you. If you're intentionally playing slow, Mos Eisley Spaceport - Tatooine is a better value, since you can pop Chance Cube back to your hand and get a free resource if you end up needing to, but it's mostly useless otherwise.

Ever try this with Vibroknucklers ?

@the BEAST I do agree it's probably the best available in hopes your opponent doesn't know that the ability is optional (personally, I wouldn't hope for that). It's a perfect do nothing BF.

@Dave Sharona I feel if you are 100% sure that you won't be claiming, then Mos Eisley Spacesport might also backfire slightly. Granted it's a low-impact BF, but its a no needed risk. BUT I do like the idea of a 'free' Chance Cube roll...just not feasible in a game where aggro remains boss.

@Dave Sharona I'm not a fan of Mos Eisley spaceport in a mill deck. It can cause trouble and help them get more cards in hand when they would lose.

@TSMickI considered it, but at 3 cost, I prefer blackmail. The 2 mill and the 3 mill are what you would get on vibroknucklers for 1 . The disrupts and the shields are also more relevant than the damage.

No love for Detention Center?

the BEAST 1128

@Dave SharonaMy original version of the deck had it, but I decided to remove it as most of the decks would be able to remove a cheap character dice like Ezra. I like prized possession better.
