What started out as a "joke" deck among my local playgroup has become something that may have legs, and might also work when Han2 comes out.

Not sure on the 100% ideal start is, but some suggested opening hands for this deck include:

  • Holdout / X8 turn one. Although you can pay for your DL44 turn one, I like seeing DL44 later in the game for the removal benefit
  • Chance Cubes / Fast Hands / Maz's Goggles: Basically you want these to go on Lando. If you can get the dream start of 2x Fast Hands and a Cube on Lando, he becomes a money making machine. This might actually draw the aggro on Lando instead of Han. If that happens, you start loading up Han with guns and before you know it, Han is swinging in with a ton of damage

The main weakness of the deck is it's 3-dice start and that it is susceptible to a character getting burnt down by round 2.

The strength is in the fact that either character staying alive is your win condition - you can win by getting money to get guns on the table, get the falcon out early as another threat, planned explosion-ing a character (nothing beats a well timed Infamous --> Double Cross --> Never Tell Me The Odds --> Planned Explosion!!! #MagicalChristmasLand).

Do not discount the Falcon's 3 Discard or Special side - being able to roll it out first, resolve it because opponent is focused on damage gives you that extra boost in terms of controlling the tempo of the game.
